In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "sl999" / "the Platform" — the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at sl999.bio, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and digital services operated under the sl999 brand.
• "Player" / "You" — any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the sl999 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the personal registered account created by a Player on sl999, through which the Player accesses real-money gaming and betting services.
• "Funds" / "Balance" — the aggregate of real-money deposits, bonus credits, and winnings held within a Player's sl999 Account at any given time.
• "Games" — all gaming products available on sl999, including but not limited to sports betting markets, live casino tables, slot titles, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) sessions, and sabung ayam (traditional Indonesian cockfighting events) streams.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback offer, or other incentive issued by sl999 to a Player's Account.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures through which sl999 confirms a Player's identity, age, and eligibility to use the platform.
• "WIB" — Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used for all sl999 platform operations, draw schedules, and customer support hours unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• "IDR" / "Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency accepted on sl999 for all deposits, withdrawals, and wagers.

Access to and use of the sl999 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. sl999 enforces a strict 21+ minimum age policy across all products and services. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering an Account or placing any wager.

To access real-money games and betting markets on sl999, a Player must complete the Account registration process. The following terms apply to Account registration and maintenance:

1. One Account per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on sl999. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated Accounts being suspended and any balances held pending investigation.
2. Accurate Information. 3. Account Security. 4. Contact Information Updates. You must keep your registered mobile number and other contact details current. sl999 is not liable for failed account recovery attempts, missed notifications, or delayed KYC processes arising from outdated contact information held on your Account.
5. Account Registration is Free. sl999 does not charge any fee for creating or maintaining a Player Account. Any deposit and withdrawal processing costs associated with specific payment channels are disclosed within the Cashier section of the platform.

sl999 supports a comprehensive range of Indonesian payment channels. Deposits and withdrawals are available via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All channels operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

1. Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit per transaction is Rp 25.000 unless a higher minimum applies to a specific payment channel, as displayed in the Cashier section.
2. Deposit Crediting. Deposits made via local bank transfer are typically credited to the Player's Account balance within 1–5 minutes of the transfer being confirmed. Deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are typically instant. sl999 is not liable for delays attributable to the issuing bank or e -wallet provider's own processing systems.
3. Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted to sl999 are processed within 10 minutes for the majority of transactions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high traffic or where a withdrawal is flagged for routine security review. Players are advised to allow up to 3 hours for withdrawals in exceptional circumstances.
4. Withdrawal Eligibility. To submit a withdrawal request, your Account must have completed the applicable KYC verification process. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the sl999 Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
5. Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 50.000 unless a higher minimum applies to a specific channel, as displayed in the Cashier section.
6. Currency. All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on sl999 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). sl999 does not accept foreign currency deposits. Any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the Player and their payment provider.
7. Deposit-Source Matching. sl999 applies a source-of-funds policy: withdrawals must, where operationally feasible, be returned to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit. If that channel is unavailable for withdrawal, sl999 may at its discretion process the withdrawal via an alternative channel held in the Player's name.
8. Dormant Account Funds. An Account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. sl999 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 10.000 to dormant Accounts with a remaining balance. Players will be notified via their registered contact details prior to dormancy fees being applied.

sl999 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is claimed, in addition to the general bonus terms set out below.

1. Wagering Requirements. All bonuses issued by sl999 are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies the total value of qualifying bets that must be placed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. 2. Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. sl999 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion, including restricting bonus offers to new Players, Players who have not previously claimed the same promotion, or Players meeting specified deposit or activity thresholds.
3. Single Bonus Per Promotion. Each Player may claim each individual promotion only once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including via duplicate Accounts — is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of any bonus funds and associated winnings.
4. Bonus Expiry. Unless stated otherwise, bonus credits and any winnings generated from bonus play must be wagered within 7 days of the bonus being credited to the Account. Unused bonus credits will be automatically forfeited upon expiry.
5. Game Contribution. Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Sports betting, live casino games, and slot titles may carry different contribution percentages. Contribution rates for each game category are displayed on the relevant promotion page.
6. Abuse of Promotions. sl999 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to collusion, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms. What constitutes bonus abuse is determined at sl999's reasonable discretion.
7. Promotional Calendar. sl999 may offer seasonal promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural occasions including Idul Fitri, Lebaran, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Imlek, and Nyepi. Specific terms for these promotions will be published on the promotions page when active.

By using sl999, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets, access Games, or interact with the platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any Game.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or undocumented platform behaviours to place wagers or receive payouts that would not otherwise be available under normal operating conditions. Any winnings generated through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Accessing sl999 using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation services in a manner intended to circumvent geographic restrictions or security controls.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes fraud, money laundering, or the financing of illegal activity through the sl999 platform.
• Sharing Account credentials with any third party or allowing a third party to operate your Account on your behalf.
• Using offensive, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language in any communication with sl999 support staff.

sl999 reserves the right to investigate suspected breaches of this section and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including immediate Account suspension, withholding of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

All Games available on sl999 are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager. General game and fairness principles applicable across sl999 include:

This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works from, publicly displaying, or otherwise exploiting any sl999 content for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of sl999.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, sl999 expressly excludes all representations, warranties, and conditions — whether express or implied — regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any Game offered on it.

1. Service Availability. sl999 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where practicable.
2. Cap on Liability. In no event shall sl999's aggregate liability to any Player for any single claim or series of related claims exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their sl999 Account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
3. Indirect Losses. sl999 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of the platform, even if sl999 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
4. Third-Party Actions. sl999 is not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of third-party payment providers, game studios, or other service providers whose products or services are integrated into or accessible from the sl999 platform.

sl999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request relating to the Account.
• Determination by sl999 that continued operation of the Account poses an unacceptable risk to the platform's integrity or other Players.
• A Player's voluntary request for self-exclusion submitted via the Responsible Gaming tools or through sl999 support.

Upon Account closure for reasons other than confirmed fraud, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus credits) remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via the withdrawal channel on record, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. sl999 is under no obligation to return funds where Account closure has resulted from confirmed fraudulent activity or a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sl999 is registered and licensed to operate. By using the sl999 platform, you acknowledge that you are doing so on your own initiative and that it is your sole responsibility to comply with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through sl999's internal complaints procedure will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the relevant governing body. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

sl999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment materially affects Players' rights or obligations, sl999 will provide reasonable advance notice via the registered contact details on record or by prominently displaying a notice on the platform prior to the amended terms taking effect.

Continued use of the sl999 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes the Player's acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and request Account closure prior to the amendment's effective date.
